If you have a question about this talk, please contact Prof Ian Kenyon.

I will attempt to give an update on recent events in Dark Matter searches, direct detection, indirect detection (going over briefly the new results from AMS and recent work by the author on Dwarf Spheroidals) and Collider limits. I will mention recent work by the author which extends the Higgs sector and hopes to explain dark matter and baryogenesis, as well as commenting on how this model and other dark matter models can be ruled out (or discovered) by future LHC and direct detection results.

This talk is part of the Particle Physics Seminars series.
