Exotic Hadrons observed by LHCbAdd to your list(s) Download to your calendar using vCal
If you have a question about this talk, please contact Prof Ian Kenyon. The talk will present a recent observation of a new class of exotic hadrons – the observation of the doubly charmed tetraquark at LHCb experiment. This exotic state manifests itself as a narrow peak in the mass spectrum of D0D0 π+ mesons just below the D∗+D0 mass threshold. Details of the discovery will be presented along with discussion of its importance for understanding the QCD . I will also talk about prospects for future measurements which have a potential to make a breakthrough in hadron spectroscopy and nuclear physics.
