We systematically study the dynamics of Floquet conformal fi eld theories (CFTs) under generic SL(2) deformations, including the phase diagrams, energy and entanglement entropy evolutions and distributions. The effective Hamiltonians of the Floquet CFTs are obtained. For the effective Hamiltonian, we define the Casimir constant C, which characterizes the heating phase (C > 0), non-heating phase (C < 0) and the critical point (C = 0), respectively. All the field theory analysis can be checked numerically on a lattice model and they have perfect matchings.
