If you have a question about this talk, please contact Tony Samuel. Note change of day and time We consider the simultaneous shrinking target problems for ×2 and ×3. We obtain the Hausdorff dimensions of the intersection of two well approximable sets and also of the set of points whose orbits approach a given point simultaneously for these two dynamical systems. This is a joint work with Lingmin Liao. This talk is part of the Topology and Dynamics seminar series. ## This talk is included in these lists:Note that ex-directory lists are not shown. |
