If you have a question about this talk, please contact Dr Stephen Hanham. I’ll take you through the topics I’ve studied over my career so far in the area of metamaterials and how these structures keep inspiring me to continue. Specifically, I’ll cover topics such as absorbers, filters, high impedance surfaces, magnetic resonance imaging, and direct antenna modulation. This talk is aimed at students and staff with any passing interest in electromagnetic applications and WILL NOT be filled with mind numbing mathematics. This talk is part of the Electromagnetic Communications and Sensing Research Seminar Series series. This talk is included in these lists:Note that ex-directory lists are not shown. |
