In the first part of this talk we study in the setting of geodesic spaces a betweenness relation and a uniform version thereof. In the second part we point out the relevance of these properties in the analysis (also from the quantitative point of view) of a discrete lion and man game.

This talk is part of the Optimisation and Numerical Analysis Seminars series.
