If you have a question about this talk, please contact Manjinder Kainth. We will begin with a brief review of a recent experiment on weakly coupled two-dimensional van der Waals crystals. We will then segue seamlessly into a discussion of an interesting scaling argument, relating the critical exponent of the susceptibility in a two-dimensional model to the transition temperature shift of the bilayer variant. We will conclude with recent results from Long et al. This talk is part of the Theoretical Physics Journal Club and Group Meeting series.
