Strong correlations in magic-angle graphene superlattices

Recent results1 ,2 show evidence of strongly correlated phases in graphene bilayers that are relatively twisted at specific “magic” angles. We will discuss how superconductivity and correlated insulating states are observed in the experiments, and what the results say about the nature of these phases in this material.
