The automotive industry is transitioning from isolated networks to highly interconnected solutions. Whole new attacker classes and attack surfaces become acutely relevant particularly to the safety of the occupants of a vehicle. ZF TRW is one of the major tier 1 companies in this market and has a significant presence in the area around Birmingham. We will use this talk to introduce ZF TRW and describe our activities and research interests in product security and cyber security in the automotive sector.

This talk is part of the Computer Security Seminars series.
