NIRFASTer - platform independent parallel sparse linear system solver for NIRFAST

I will present the NIRFAS Ter – platform independent (Windows, Linux, Mac) solver of sparse linear systems for execution in parallel on graphics processing units (GPU with NVidia CUDA platform) or multi-core processors (OpenMP interface). I’ll show techniques for memory management and parallelization, which I developed. Further, I’ll introduce my parallel implementations of factorized sparse preconditioner and iterative solver of sparse linear systems. At the end I’ll show speed comparisons and give live presentation of compilation and use of the NIRFAS Ter.
