If you have a question about this talk, please contact Dr. Maria Carmen Reguera. The discrepancy between the volume and the number of integer points in a domain is a classical subject of study, with applications to both Pure and Applied Mathematics. We estimate the Lp and Weak-Lp norms of the discrepancy with respect to translations and dilations of the domain. The main tool in our analysis is the Fourier expansion of this discrepancy.
