Diffuse Correlation Spectroscopy in Nirfast

Diffuse Correlation Spectroscopy (DCS) is an optical technique for measurements of tissue perfusion (a product of speed and volume fraction of red blood cells within a tissue). This presentation will be about implementation of DCS in Nirfast. The new Matlab toolbox is designed to carry out simulations of DCS signals and tomographic reconstructions of flow. Features of the toolbox will be demonstrated on a slab and a human neck model.
