If you have a question about this talk, please contact Alessio Martini. The aim of this talk is to present a new technique to construct an invariant calculus of pseudodifferential operators on a smooth manifold as well as historical motivations. We study formulas for adjoints and compositions of pseudodifferential operators without using local coordinate systems. We apply these results to functional calculus for elliptic differential operators. This talk is part of the Analysis seminar series.
