They are perceived as non-scientists -sort of journalists, but in fact they are a different kind of scientist. Dr Iulia Georgescu is a Senior editor of Nature Physics. She did research in atomic and molecular physics and quantum information and lived in Japan and Switzerland before moving to London to join Nature Physics. She will talk about her career path and how things usually turn out to be very different from what one expected. This talk is part of the Physics Role Model talks series.
